  1. Pricing
    All prices are in US Dollars.
  2. Minimum Order
    A minimum order of USD$5,000.00 or 600kg is required, or a handling fee of USD$100.00 will be added to the cost of the order.
  3. F.O.B point
    Port Klang, Malaysia.
  4. C.I.F and C&F Pricing
    This can be quoted only after receiving an indication on the quantity and destination of the order
  5. Payment Options
    Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) in advance. Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) is accepted upon consideration.
  6. Air / Sea Shipment
    Where additional packaging is requested, the additional cost incurred will be added to the invoice amount.
  7. Delivery Lead Time
    30-45 days upon receipt of payment.
  8. How to Order
    All orders are to be placed by fax or email. Upon receipt, a Pro-forma Invoice will be sent.
  9. Certification of Quality
    Jadi is an ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System certified company. Our toners are manufactured under strict quality control standards, Quality control of the product includes long term tests on copy quality, compatibility with OEM materials, and influence on the functions and maintenance of copiers or printers.



    Jadi warrants to the extent the price of the goods sold and delivered that its products are shipped only when the above test criteria are met. This warranty covers the delivered product only and not eventual claims concerning consequential damage.

    In case a customer is not satisfied with the performance of any Jadi product and returns the goods in good condition within six (6) months of delivery, Jadi agrees to give credit in the amount of the ex-works price of the goods.
